TwinCity UI is an operations review and proof surface. Analysis, routing, and readiness outputs support operator review and do not replace final organizational decisions.
Users must not submit illegal content, attack the service, bypass access controls, or upload confidential production data to public demo or redirect surfaces.
Private engagements, payment terms, refunds, support scope, and data handling require an owner-approved written agreement before customer data or money is accepted.
Advertising boundary
Advertising may be served only on substantial public editorial pages. It is excluded from this terms page and from private, transactional, diagnostic, incident-response, regulated-decision, and operational workflow surfaces.
